We accept cash/card/bank transfer (varies by tour). Most tours allow free reschedule or cancellation up to 24–48 hours; ticketed attractions may be non-refundable—details appear on your voucher.
Hotel address and contact number for all tours; ID for some venues. For Musandam Dibba, passport copies are needed 48–72 hours in advance for permits.
We provide a 15–30 minute pick-up window based on your location and traffic. Airport/cruise port pick-ups are available on request.
